Designed to Perform.
Built to Scale.
W&S Scale Co. builds and manages the system that turns advertising spend into qualified opportunities — demand, creative, conversion and measurement working as one thing rather than five.
We build demand → qualify the opportunity → your team takes it from there.
Two ways in. Neither is a sales pitch.

Illustrative interface. Not client performance data.
Most businesses don’t have an acquisition problem. They have an acquisition system problem.
Ads run. Leads arrive. Something works for a month. Then it stops, and nobody can say precisely why.
The parts aren’t connected.
Traffic, creative, landing pages, qualification and tracking are each handled separately — so no one is accountable for the path between them.
The numbers can’t be trusted.
The platform reports one result, the CRM reports another, and decisions get made on whichever number is closest to hand.
Lead volume is mistaken for progress.
Form submissions go up. Appointments don’t. Nobody agreed what a qualified lead was in the first place.
Good months can’t be repeated.
One good month isn’t a system. Without knowing why something worked, there’s nothing to scale.
One system. Five responsibilities.
W&S owns the acquisition system from the first impression through to a qualified opportunity. These aren’t five services sold separately — they’re one system with five jobs.
Demand
The paid channels responsible for generating customer opportunities.

The strategy behind the advertising that generates that demand.

The path between advertising traffic and a qualified opportunity.
- Landing-page analysis

- Conversion testing
Measurement
Enough visibility to understand what the system is actually producing.
- Conversion tracking
- Event configuration
- Server-side tracking

Qualified Opportunity
The agreed standard for what counts as a legitimate opportunity.
- Service or product needed

- Budget
- Purchase intent
- Customer profile
- Client-specific criteria
A 100-point diagnostic of your acquisition system.
Five categories. Twenty points each. The score isn’t a grade — it’s a way of locating the constraint, because the weakest category is usually the one limiting everything else.

Demand Generation
How reliably the business produces new customer opportunities, and how much of that depends on a single source.
Creative & Messaging
Whether creative decisions are structured, tested, and informed by what performance data actually shows.
Conversion
What happens between the click and the qualified opportunity — funnels, forms, offers, and qualification.
Measurement & Attribution
How confidently the business can connect marketing activity to qualified leads, customers, and revenue.
Sales Handoff
How well qualified opportunities are received, followed up with, tracked, and converted after the handoff.
Your score comes with the diagnosis behind it: what your strongest category means, what your primary constraint is costing you, and what we’d address first.
How do you want to start?

Scale what works.
W&S does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, revenue or ROAS. Too much of the outcome sits outside our lane for that to be an honest promise.
What we do instead is set measurable standards before we start spending, so performance can be judged against something other than optimism.

Six questions before spend increases
Are the qualified-lead economics acceptable?
Cost per qualified lead measured against what a customer is actually worth.
Do independent outcomes support the platform?
Advertising platforms report their own performance. We check it against business data.
Can the funnel handle more traffic?
More spend into a constrained conversion path produces more waste, not more customers.
Are the opportunities converting?
Leads that never become appointments or customers are not a result worth scaling.
Can the business fulfil more customers?
Demand beyond capacity damages the customer experience and the business.
Is there enough creative depth?
Increasing spend without creative supply accelerates fatigue.
W&S does not continue spending client advertising dollars simply to prove that something is not working.
Built by two people who know their lane.
W&S Scale Co. was founded by Isaiah “Zay” Williams and Cameron “Cam” Selfe. We met through college football — different responsibilities, shared standard, and enough trust to challenge each other when something doesn’t make sense.
Zay
Traffic · Infrastructure · Attribution
Zay works primarily on the technical and analytical side of the acquisition system: paid-media strategy, campaign structure, tracking infrastructure, attribution, conversion data, and understanding how money moves through the system.
The goal is visibility — knowing where the budget went, what came back, and whether the numbers we’re making decisions from can actually be trusted.
Cam
Creative · Hooks · Messaging
Cam works primarily on the creative side of the acquisition system: creative strategy, concepts, hooks, messaging, copy, and understanding what makes the right person stop long enough to pay attention.
The goal is relevance — finding the message and creative direction that connects the offer with the people it’s actually meant for.
Two sides. One system.
Zay looks at what happens around and after the click. Cam looks at what makes someone want to click in the first place. Neither side works particularly well without the other.
Creative generates attention. Infrastructure tells us what that attention actually produced. The data informs the next creative decision, and the cycle continues.
Four platforms. Chosen, not defaulted.
Not every client will use every platform. Channel selection is based on the business, audience, offer, economics, available assets, and existing performance. We don’t force every business into every platform. We follow the economics.
Meta
Facebook and Instagram. Broad reach and the most creative-dependent of the four — performance moves with hooks, messaging and offer presentation.
Search, Performance Max and YouTube. Captures existing intent, which makes qualification structure and keyword discipline the levers that matter.
TikTok
Native, fast-moving creative. Rewards volume of concepts and a steady supply of new assets more than it rewards refinement of one ad.
Professional targeting for higher-value B2B offers, where customer economics can support a higher cost per qualified lead.
Make growth repeatable.
The same loop runs every month. It’s deliberately unglamorous — that’s what makes a result something other than luck.
Audit
Establish where the system actually stands today.
Build
Put the missing infrastructure in place.
Launch
Go live with a plan, not a guess.
Measure
Watch the metrics that describe business outcomes.
Validate
Check platform reporting against independent data.
Test
Answer one question at a time.
Scale
Put more behind what has been proven to work.
Repeat
The loop is the product, not the campaign.
Clear ownership. Better work.
We’re not here to become your entire marketing department. We have a defined lane, and we stay in it.
Qualified lead generation.
We own the systems responsible for getting the right prospects into your sales process.
- Paid Media
- Campaign strategy, setup, management, testing, and optimization across the platforms that make sense for your business.
- Tracking & Attribution
- Conversion tracking, event architecture, server-side tracking where appropriate, deduplication, match-quality optimization, and performance validation.
- Creative Strategy
- Hooks, concepts, messaging, copy, testing direction, and identifying what creative the acquisition system needs.
- Funnel Optimization
- Testing and improving the path between the click and the qualified lead.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitoring acquisition performance against the targets and qualification standards we establish together.
Turning opportunities into customers.
Once a qualified opportunity enters your sales process, your team owns what happens next.
- Speed to Lead
- How quickly your team responds.
- Sales & Closing
- Calls, consultations, estimates, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Follow-Up
- Continued communication with prospects who aren’t ready to buy immediately.
- Customer Experience
- Everything that happens after someone becomes a customer.
- Fulfillment
- Delivering the product or service they paid for.
Who this is for.
Paid acquisition amplifies whatever a business already is. It works when there’s something real underneath it to amplify.
A business can be entirely legitimate and still not be ready. Insufficient capacity, sales follow-up that needs fixing first, or economics that don’t currently support paid media are all reasons to wait — and we’ll say so rather than take the engagement.
A strong fit generally has
- 01An established product or service
- 02Existing customers or demonstrated market demand
- 03Sufficient customer value and economics to support paid acquisition
- 04Capacity to accept additional business
- 05A realistic advertising budget separate from the W&S retainer
- 06The ability to provide necessary account access, information, and assets
- 07A functioning process for responding to and following up with leads
- 08A willingness to provide accurate sales and customer-outcome information
- 09A business model W&S reasonably believes it can support
We also don’t manufacture a problem in order to sell something. A healthy acquisition system is a good outcome.
Five businesses. One early-access rate.
W&S Scale Co. is opening five Founders Slots for businesses that want to build their customer-acquisition system alongside W&S during our initial launch.
Founders receive the same core acquisition system we’re building W&S around — paid media, tracking and attribution, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and performance analysis — at our early-stage rate.
Founders pricing reflects the early stage of W&S, not a reduced scope of work.

You own your business infrastructure.
W&S does not intentionally structure client infrastructure to create artificial dependency on the agency.
Clients should stay because the relationship makes sense — not because W&S controls access to their own business.
- Advertising accounts remain client-owned
- Business data remains client-owned
- Customer information remains client-owned
- Existing creative assets remain client-owned
- Website and domain assets remain client-owned
- Historical campaign data remains accessible to the client
The ones worth answering early.
They are two ways to begin the same diagnostic. The Acquisition Assessment is 20 questions online, produces a preliminary W&S Acquisition Score, and is followed by a 10–15 minute review to validate what we found.
The Full Acquisition Audit is a 30–45 minute conversation where we work through the same framework live and produce a validated score in one sitting.
Neither path is considered better. Both lead into the same W&S diagnostic system.
The standard W&S retainer is $4,000 per month. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly through your own advertising accounts.
W&S charges 0% of ad spend.
No. W&S does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, revenue, ROAS, or other business outcome. Performance is affected by market conditions, competition, platforms, offer strength, pricing, sales performance, follow-up, client operations, available creative, and budget.
What we do instead is establish measurable performance standards wherever appropriate: qualified-lead definitions, target cost per qualified lead, performance benchmarks, testing criteria, optimization rules, pause conditions, and kill conditions.
The objective is a customer-acquisition system that can be measured, understood, tested, and improved.
Whatever you and W&S agree it means, documented before we begin evaluating campaigns against qualified-lead targets.
Qualification may consider the service or product needed, geographic location, budget, purchase intent, customer profile, project requirements, and other business-specific criteria.
A form submission alone does not automatically constitute a qualified lead.
You do. Whenever reasonably possible, advertising accounts, business data, customer information, existing creative assets, and website and domain assets remain client-owned, and historical campaign data remains accessible to you.
W&S does not intentionally structure client infrastructure to create artificial dependency on the agency. Clients should stay because the relationship makes sense — not because W&S controls access to their own business.
Unless separately agreed, W&S does not provide organic social-media management, post scheduling, community management, on-site photography or videography, general brand management, sales closing, sales-team management, customer service, business operations, general administrative support, full website redesign, SEO management, or full outsourced marketing-department services.
We may advise on something when it directly affects acquisition performance. That does not automatically make it part of our ongoing scope.
Then we will tell you that. A prospect may be a legitimate business and still not be ready — insufficient capacity, sales follow-up that needs fixing first, economics that don’t currently support paid acquisition, or an internal constraint that should be addressed before adding demand.
We also don’t manufacture a problem in order to sell something. A healthy client system is a good outcome.
Find out where your acquisition system actually stands.
Twenty questions online, or thirty minutes with W&S. Either way you leave with a score, a constraint, and a clear view of what we’d address first.
Growth, By Design.
